In some cases our standard carpet cleaning with our Rotovac power wand may be all that is needed to take care of the urine stain. In more severe cases, the urine sometimes soaks through the carpet backing into the padding and floor beneath. In this case, simply cleaning the surface of the carpet will not remedy the odor and bacteria that has grown in the the padding and sub-flooring. Suncoast uses a "flooding method" to remove these deep stains. Detergents and sanitizers are poured into the carpet encompasing all of the stain and immediate areas losening dirt and bacteria.  Using powerful vaccuum suction the urine is then removed leaving your carpets fresh and clean.
