Give us a call or fill out the free estimate form on this website.  We will quote a price to you on the phone or by email based on the square footage of your tile floors. Cleaning only or cleaned and sealed.  Don't know the square footage? We will come out for free and measure for you.

Next, you make the appointment that works with your schedule.  Evenings and weekends are available if you don't want to take a day off work. You schedule the time. We will be there on time!

Once we arrive our process is simple and very effective.

First we apply a deep cleaning solution that loosens up the dirt, grime, oils, and bacteria. Then each grout line is scrubbed by hand.

Once the chemical has done its work we clean the floors with high pressure 180 degree water to penetrate the toughest areas.  We use a special cleaning wand that uses high pressure hot water and a vacuum system that is tough enough to get deep into the grout, remove dirt and kill harmful bacteria while protecting the tile from direct water pressure.

The final step is sealing the grout lines.  Two coats of high quality, long lasting Dupont sealer are carefully applied to the grout lines.

It is as simple as that!
